DSI Contracting & Maintenance ("we", "us") provides contracting, renovation, and property maintenance services to residential and commercial clients in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. All work is carried out by experienced tradespeople and subcontractors.
All quotes are free and provided based on the details you share with us. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if the scope of work changes. Final pricing is agreed before work begins.
We agree on a schedule before starting. We make every reasonable effort to meet agreed timelines and will communicate promptly if anything changes.
Clients provide safe access to the work area and disclose any known hazards. Clients are responsible for decisions about materials, colours, and finishes unless agreed otherwise.
Photos and information you submit through our forms are used only to prepare quotes and complete your project. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how uploaded photos are handled.
Changes requested after work begins may affect the price and timeline. We will confirm any changes in writing before proceeding.
Payment terms are agreed in your quote. We do not display prices online because every project is unique.
To the extent permitted by Ontario law, our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
